The ZL288 UAV System

The ZL288 UAV is a highly composite Flying Wing air vehicle, pusher monoplane, shaped for aerodynamic efficiency and low radar and infrared absorbability. All components has high quality laser, foam cut precision

Add batteries and it is mission ready, in less than 10 minutes.

It is a versatile aerial target system capable of flying realistic tracking and live fire engagements. Its mission is to provide affordable air defence training and system testing and aiding in test and evaluation of future systems. Flight control is accomplished by manual RC or by the autopilot system using GPS Waypoint navigation.

The payloads housed are in the wing fuselage of ZL288 Drones. The aft bay contains the vehicle's autopilot, uplink transceiver, for real-time transmission of video and UAV telemetry data.

ZL288 high tech components are fully interchangeable between different ZL288 aircrafts.

  GCS  -  Software

GCS - GROUND CONTROL STATION

The Ground Control Station Soft and Hardware consists of laptop computer rack mounted components.

The Ground Station's Transmit and Receive antennas are also mounted. Auto tracking receive antenna for long range video signals is optional.

The Flight Control Software provides all command and control functions required to operate the UAV. Included are up link transceiver, power supply, and a laptop computer used for autopilot programming and to display the UAV instrumented flight data. The operating software allows uploading of GPS navigation waypoints either before launch or in real time flight.

Zechlaser Pneumatic Launcher

ZL288 pneumatic launcher has high industrial parts, and offers safe, reliable launching of UAV aircraft, weighing up to 30 kilograms.

Pneumatic cylinders up to 15 bar pressure, use in industrial applications, are the most effective development in pneumatic technology. The launcher technology makes the system totally self-contained and simple to handle, only the aircraft leaves the launcher.

The pneumatic launch systems mechanism is particularly well suited for different applications. Compressed air or Bottled nitrogen - N2 used to the launcher to approximately 12 bar.

The launcher can also be charged with a small air compressor. Maximum launch velocity of a 20 kg Drone, approximately 70 km per hour.

The launcher can be welded car trailer, other needed equipment, or stationary.
