ZECHLASER was founded in June
1985. The company leader Mr. Zechner has been
involved in research and development in the field of
Laser, mini Aircraft and Hybrid rocket engines
technology for more as 25 years. The first
developments were laser-show systems, laser
lettering devices with separate Computer controls,
followed by CO² Laser, YAG Laser, Diode Laser and
cutting systems.
1995 were built, the first big
hybrid rocket motor. PE and O2 as fuel and more as
190-times successfully tested. 2002-2003, this
technology was refined, small and big hybrid motor
for model and professional. More as 500 motor-start
and flights were enforced in the meantime.
1999 we flew
the first Aircrafts with electric motors. In the
past 10 Years was a very rapid development of modern
AC Brushless Motors with high efficiency. The
development of the Aircraft was step by step from
Balsa- and Plywood to Carbon and Glass fibre
components.
Products
CO2 laser with sealed-off gas
system, and axial flow CO² lasers for material
processing. Machines processing area from 1000 x
1000 mm up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Laser power, 50 up to
3000 watt.
Mini Aircrafts from 1800 up to
6000 mm Wing span and also a lot of special Aircraft
constructions for customers in full glass fibre.
Hybrid rocket motors from 1 N up
to 1 kN thrust. The hybrid rocket motor is of a more
simple design than a stage with liquid fuels. There
is no gas-generator, no turbine, and no combustion
chamber. Instead of a fuel-pump the N2O
self-pressure is sufficient. That lowers
manufacturing costs and increases reliability
considerably. Contrary to a solid-fuel rocket motor,
transportation of a hybrid motor is absolutely safe
because only the solid part of the fuel, the PE or
PP material, is contained within the motor body.
The components built by partners
in Austria and Germany.
